Strawberry Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries, stems discarded
- 1-2 Tbs. honey (to taste)
- 1 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup basil oil
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. poppy seeds
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Puree together strawberries, honey, vinegar, and poppy seeds.
Slowly add oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
